I noticed some slight handling differences or some instances where some cars take longer to brake than others (eg MRS vs MR2 on iro) but nothing very noticable unlike v3. |

IDW Expert Member Group: Members Posts: 115 Member No.: 32,432 Joined: Apr 1st 2009 Location: Singapore | FD? from what i see it seems that it's the hottest car used in SG than the ever popular 86...pretty good acceleration and steering...and a good uphill machine too. true EG6 is good and it still has better acceleration than EK9 but from what i heard DC2 is more stable at exits...wonder if that's true because i've never own a EG6. FF cars are slow...which makes me afraid of my friend who owns a FC... This post has been edited by shaojie on Apr 3 2009, 05:49 AM |

EG6 Myogi DH... EK9 Happo Outbound... DC2 Happo Inbound... but don't get stuck playing only 1 track. explore the rest =) oh.. it will feel good to know that you will be one of the unique FFs drivers around! =) This post has been edited by stormfox on Apr 3 2009, 08:42 AM |

Inhale Exhale.. Fumes Group: Advanced Members Posts: 819 Member No.: 25,770 Joined: Aug 8th 2007 Location: Stoner at Home | a EG6 driver here.. even in D4 the EG6 has a special technique in the game to play.. only the EG6 so much different from FRs.. EK9 and DC2 is about the same wif FRs.. EK9 and DC2 are much much more stable then the EG6... EG6 is the naturally slow car in other maps.. But down Myogi it is God like. I guess in a battle and all u need to know is a bit of course and the game physics... you would be winning like mad.. I would keep this thread posted as i would be aiming for all FFs in this game.. But i havent really tried the game yet... later about 2 hours from now when the arcade opens i would be there.. Though FF is a grippy car but FRs are the star of the Show.. so to be good in FF, is a tough thing to do.. @shaojie - we can experiment together.. up for that?? |

Shift shift shift.. brake shift.. shift.. would try a FR tomorrow night i guess.. see if things goes my way tomorrow.. shaojie more experiment needs to be done.. Akina is fun for FF too.. |

Inhale Exhale.. Fumes Group: Advanced Members Posts: 819 Member No.: 25,770 Joined: Aug 8th 2007 Location: Stoner at Home | agreed... FF are harder to enter corners.. it understeers into corners and then understeer out again.. it is an understeer car... so i guess feint would help in the game.. experiment tonight.. |

IDW Expert Member Group: Members Posts: 115 Member No.: 32,432 Joined: Apr 1st 2009 Location: Singapore | haha happo and nagao is a crazy map...for now i have 0 idea on its rythm etc... yeah i have always been doing something down shift to gear 2 brake a lot then enter the corner at 80 plus 90 but 1 thing to note is that to me because of the heavy emphasis between the difference of FRs and FFs...ID5 'forces' the FF drivers to drive more like circuit drivers due to its heavy understeer...this is a personal conclusion because eventually i am looking for apex for the corners when i play now... my friend has a FC so through him i can really see the oversteering he makes etc...as for me i mostly have to deal with understeering... or perhaps any advice from the pros...? |
