I got battle Kai today, and at the start of his cutscene the car I was driving for that race made an appearance. I also recall that the same happened when I raced against Iggy (Itsuki) and Cole (Iketani). I'd like to know which character's cutscenes triggers the appearance of your car? Thanks for your contribution.

I think Bunta's one of them.

Oh crap they do that? I should watch the cut scenes more often

The only curscenes i'm going to watch are the Tsukuba ones. And the one with Seiji(Hawk (Seiji)) LMAO. You guys know what happens!

Bunta and Tak (Takumi)'s in Akina is 100% the same.
That cut scene made us [the players] looks kinda rude (blocking the road by putting the car in the middle of the road<[SPOILER! Highlight to read])

@Cowman715 Yes, you should watch them more often, especially the part after Hawk (Seiji) (Seiji) lose to you in the irohazaka battle.

Iggy (Itsuki) - Akina Lake
Two guys from Tokyo - Akina Lake
Kenta - Akagi dh Wet
Kyle (Kyouichi) - Akagi UH
Keisuke - Akagi UH
Cole (Iketani) - Akina DH
Takumi - Akina DH
Bunta - Akina DH
Kai - Irohazaka DH

Itsuki - Akina Lake.is best scene b' coz can see player's car completely in that scene

The only full cutscene I watched was Tak (Takumi) Akina DH. I laughed when I saw my car blocking the road...while Tak (Takumi) is like WTF? I lost the race too

i like bunta's entrence... seems like Rambo arrived or something O.O"

I saw Takumi's cutscene for Akina today.

It was pretty hilarious, but made us players look arrogant haha.

You should watch the scene when you are going to battle god hand. It shows ur car up-close and the camera pans from right to left.

well...frankly...i haven't really seen much cutscene....but jus for takumi and bunta in Akina....coz everytime i play...i always skip the cutscene...feel like not good to look at the cutscene and wasting the time when others are waiting to play....but i had to seen all the cutscenes when i had the chance....

I only watch the cutscenes when there are no other people waiting to play.

Hehe I was laughing when I got to the BUNTA cutscene. The result of parking infront of his car=him kicking my ass.

Yep. LOL. In looks, it's almost identical to my Impreza in real life.

or is that another variation,
cos if im not wrong only the GC8V has 2 doors :\
the other kinds of GC8 has 4 ._.

well, mine also has two doors.

@MonkeyMarc: There's no actual "GC8V" chassis code. Sega just added the V to differentiate between the two GC8s in IDAS3-.

If you take a look, the buntamobile's chassis code in IDAS4 is GC8.

@WRX Demon: I thought that scene in your sig looked familiar.

ooh cool. i always thought the V was just a variation with two doors,
since the "supposedly" GC8(s) i always see have four doors,
while Bunta's has two.

GC8 usually stands for any Impreza 4 door sedan or 2 door coupe turbo (there are cases of turbo-less GC8's - unlike my impreza... Which is not GC8 ).

Sega added the v to differentiate yes.

In reality though, that V would stand for 5. As in GC8 version 5. The other GC8 in the old games was the GC8 version VI or 6. GC8 version 5's came in sedans and in Type R edition (2 door coupe). GC8VI's also came in Type R editions too.

I hope that clears things up a bit more.
