I'm not an expert on this subject matter, but I do believe not asking for a mod spot as a total newbie in public is requirement #1.  |

Unfortunately all moderator positions are currently filled at this time. But Perry and I (or any other administrator) take a lot into consideration when choosing someone for the team. Trustworthiness and level headedness are two key things that I personally look for. You also have to be an active member of the forum. And one of the huge things I look at personally, I can't speak for Perry here, is that you can't be a sarcastic egotistical person. Get active in the forums!
