According to Amazon the volume is 208 pages so hopefully that last Takumi side chapter might be around 40 pages long.

Trust me, I'm a doctor. Group: Advanced Members Posts: 6,186 Member No.: 1,277 Joined: Feb 14th 2004 Location: Bay City, MI | Impact Blue already got enough attention, in my opinion. Not too thrilled about them getting even more. Hopefully Chronicles covers some of the other characters. |

I kind of wonder why Shigeno bothered with them, I wouldn't expect that those characters are particularly popular over in Japan, are they?

Fictional Compiler Group: Advanced Members Posts: 1,620 Member No.: 3,699 Joined: Oct 16th 2004 Location: Land of Elysium | I am thinking this is the Impact Blue manga that was released only in an online website that's like a pay-per-view back in like late '90s or early 2000's but I could be wrong. I am just thinking that since that Impact Blue has never been released as a manga format before, which may be the basis of how Extra Stage was released. Click here to view the image in its original dimension. Apparently, there is a Ultimate Guidebook: Initial D Chronicle in the work, which will come out early next year. Really looking forward to that one. |

However, if I'm one of the first on the forums to get my copy, I will try and share what I can. |

Some of the images aren't as focused as they first appeared, so I may retake them. Sorry, I don't have a scanner, so I have to do the best I can with what I have https://www.facebook.com/jezza.welton/media...16025962&type=1 I believe this is just the story from a few years back that Fuji Tak posted. But, I've never seen it myself. This post has been edited by Jezza_HR on Nov 11 2013, 10:50 AM |

Looks like it's a neat little story, but I guess they don't add anything more to the volume about what happens after Project D disbands besides the BBQ and Ryosuke at Kaori's grave?

Here's hoping it does, but I have a gut feeling it'll just be an artbook or something similar.

Which is exactly what mine is telling me. It's over to Final Stage to bring something to the table.

Seeing as it's almost certainly just going to be an OVA, I doubt it will feature anything more than the manga did.

If it's an OVA that's an hour long, you would hope they might make it seem like something that stands out and isn't just filling in the blanks for fifth stage.

Move it, bucko Group: Advanced Members Posts: 714 Member No.: 2,311 Joined: Jul 20th 2004 Location: Update Profile | Welp, figured as much that there wouldn't be much to expand on the ending. What a shame. Maybe it's better Shigeno left it open ended, but still...it just really fell apart at the end. This post has been edited by ZeetherKID77 on Nov 13 2013, 05:53 AM |
