I got all the episodes on my comp, the FC model, the 86 model, the 86 starter deck and the FD starter deck.

All together... only about $40 worth of initial d merchandise.

Hi everyone, just thought i'd jazz things up in the Merchandise Section by bringing back this old thread and creating it into an Official Initial D Personal Collections Thread!

Feel free to list your personal collections and upload pictures of them as well. Also feel free to keep editing your lists if and when they change, or feel free to add new posting discussing and showing off any new merchandise you have purchased.

I have cleaned out all unecessary posts within this thread so that the main posts that remain here are those listing members' collections. I will continue to monitor this thread and clean it out on a timely basis if necessary; however, feel free to engage in light discussion. It would only be absolute off-topic and un-needed posts that will be cleaned out.

Almost all of the episodes(can't find some 2nd stage in japanese) on my computer, and some stuff I ordered from House of Anime that I should be getting in a week or so.

EDIT: Just bought an Initial D Zip Zap set and the House of Anime stuff will be in on monday.

Ok, a few weeks ago I ordered some Initial D stuff from "ToysN Joys". I just recived the box today, just to find out that their was only one thing I ordered in it. And that ONE thing was defective. That place said that the other stuff was out of stock, and they didn't even tell me that in the first place. I have to send that one thing back. My Zip Zap messed up, took that to Radio Shack, they gave me a new car, and that seems to be defective also.

I got a AE86, FD, MR2, DC2, FC, and EVO 3 in the arcade stage... also have the chinese version of the Initial D comic ( up to 27) and then I got the 3rd stage movie... Extra Stage and Battle Stage ( still downloading....)

Well, I have First, Second, Third, Extra, and Battle Stages all on DVD. I have this weird S13 keychain which I can't find at the moment, but I know I have it. Mangas 1-28 all on my computer, along with about 1 GB worth of ID MP3. And, of course, my Arcade Stage cards

heres mine..

I'm still missing the Trueno and the FD in the model kits, I'm missing the Evo in the 1/64 scale, but I do have all of the Hot Wheels D-Force Truenos and all of the Import Racer Truenos. The Trueno emblem is a real JDM emblem straight from Toyota. and of coarse my ID dvds a couple books and a SEB cd case.

well when I first heard of ID thats all that was available to me other than DLing. I just watch the classic versions with subs turned on. Its no different than what you can DL off the internet.

same here, even though we hate tokyochop, we (well I) need the manga in my hand, not the PC. And Tokyochop is the only license

I plan on putting it on my car, just gotta get a Trueno bumper to fit it to first lol. They are usually no less than $500 so it might be a while. That emblem is the most expensive thing on the shelf, but they are hard to find.. cant just get them anywhere... picked it up fer $40.00

I also have the Import Racer Trueno R/C Car... I fergot to take a pic of it.

Yeah, purely just for good quality versions of the original format episodes ~ nothing else

tell you what though, both are far from 100% .. we should form a subbing team here and re-sub all the stages, Initial D deserves 100% in spelling, grammar, etc ...

I was lucky to find it here in Sydney at a market, this one that i have was the only one left at the stall and my mom and sister were very nice enough to pick it up for me (i paid them back of course), but i thought it was a very nice gesture.

Cost $75 Aus

u could probably find it on eBay, but i havent checked personally so im not so sure

Man, that is one big collection there Smiley! Anyway, what's in the 4th Stage DVD? Is it just epsiodes of 4th stage or is it something else? Just a bit curious that's all since i havn't seen it before

All i've got in my stash is just bootlegged DVD's of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, battle and extra stage aswell as some manga volumes, a crapload of MP3's and 4th stage eps all on the computer. Oh and you can't forget the ID cards you get from arcade stage lol

along with the stuff in the pictures, I have some mangas, some dvds, special stage for PS2, mountain vengeance that I bought for $9 at the store before finding out that it was the crappiest game ever, 4th stage downloaded, a whole bunch of the OSTs downloaded, and ver. 3 cards (one of them is blank and has no data on it and was spit out of the machine this way but the guy told me to keep it and just gave me a free play to buy a new card becasue he made the machine restart by accident when he was working on the one next to it), I also have some of the cards from the card game that came free with the dvds..

ummm that's about it.. I have other racing stuff. tons of it.. and tons of gundam stuff also.. but this is all my initial d stuff.

I've wasted money on the tokyopop 1st stage and shitty 4th stage DVD's. then i bought the entire legitament DVD collection onlinefor about $70. I've wasted about $120 on useless DVDs I bought stupidly. I was thinkin of buying model kits and stuff but...it's better that i don't.

Well I really don't collect stuff...

I got the First and Second Stage DVDs at Best Buy. (First Stage for about $60, I think and Second for about 40)
I got all the manga at Border's for $9.99 each and Densha De D for free since I printed and stapled a scanlation out.

All the eurobeat was bought at Amazon for crazy high prices, but I enjoy it all the same.

Now I would much prefer to have those manga in the original Japanese but...

All the Tokyopop DVDs, because they're badass and I bought them the day they came out. I think the longest I ever waited before buying a volume was a week from the release date?

Best Buy usually had them days before their scheduled release for $15. Awesome deal was awesome. Of course, that was before the boxsets...

And then cards. While these are all old pics, I don't think the V3 cards have changed much (if at all) from when these photos were taken. The only difference with the V4 card is that I finally beat Tsukuba a while back but apparently didn't take a new pic of the card. Can't be arsed to do it now because I don't play anymore.

I think that's it for my Initial D stuff.

EDIT: Whoops, forgot to put up the pic for the V2 and V3 cards. Fixed.

thought I'd add my collection... Initial D obviously isnt that popular in the UK and the cost of importing a simple thing such as a game can cost more than the cost of it.... so I find the odd bit on ebay every so often...

On the shelves are a few items, there are UK and FRENCH DVDs, on show is a few manga books, and some boxed games for GB, SATURN, PSX, PS2 etc.. Also have but not on show is some Arcade flyers, also have the Collection Movie Set (Film, Puzzle, Book) and some of the cards, but doubt ill ever get a complete set over here

btw, the Funimation dub of Initial D is super awesome, I'm pretty sure that there is almost no difference between the original and the Funimation dub.

The 1/18 AE86, along with the 1/43 RE Amemiya FD were bought in Japan back in 2010. The AE86 cost 10000 yen at the time, then the FD cost 5000 yen.

I'm going back there this August (also in time with the premier of the Initial D movie), and see if there are 1/43 scale versions of the 5th stage cars. My priority is Ryousuke's FC.
