Super Eurobeat Presents Best Of Euromach 100 [AVCD-23937]
This should be an actual 320kbps MP3.
Here's the Spek output in case anyone is suspicious.

Actually, this isn't a transcode LAME would produce in EAC/other rippers. It looks more like a MP3 transcode iTunes would make. Original LAME MP3 320kbps cuts off at 20.5KHz (the upper part).

Spek is good to take a quick look at the spectogram but, for in depth, go for Audition or Audacity.

I just looked at Amazon.co.jp for a copy and, for a GOOD CONDITION copy, it sells for 45$!! The most I'll go for this album is 10$. I don't usually listen to mixes...

What about mobile phones and certain MP3s?
We are not all audiophiles you know.

Even though converting it to your preferred format yourself shouldn't be hard too.

Most androids is compatible with OGG. But others don't. Out of the box I mean. You can always use another player with wider support. Eventually, foobar2000 will be released on mobile (all platforms) and then that problem will be fixed.

And remember: do. not. convert. lossy. to. lossy. NEVER. Even if it's easy to do so.
