You have to be very aware of what speeds you brake to during the corners and you have to accelerate exactly at the right speed. When you watch the leaderboard replays, remember to look at their exit speeds for every corner.

I'd take a look at Wolf's guide in the IDAS4 section. He has a comprehensive guide for running sub 3 times on Akina DH. The games are practically the same so the stuff he describes should work.

But if you're trying to push for better times, general tips would be:

1. Brake points: Figure out and memorize where to brake. Try to find the optimal spot to begin braking. If you brake too early and you'll have to hold the brake down longer than necessary. Brake too late you'll oversteer on exit.

2. Line - Sloppy line = bad times. Tighten your lines and try to find ways to shorten your overall travel distance without compromising your speed.

3. Steering: Steer/counter steer quickly to avoid losing too much speed when turning.
