MAJOR and I mean MAJOR kudos to Stephen Colbert for letting them on his show, but then again it was probably for Halloween. Best album of 2015 for me, by far.

GREAT band, GREAT track, GREAT art? Yes please! Seriously, pure 'satanic' music and it's so fucking hard and heavy, like good ol 80s heavy metal/prog. Middle onward is just great, takes it up a notch in the track. And that bass? Give this man a fucking award.

Something a bit... well totally different from my last post, but that's the magic of me. I thank my mom/dad and pretty much all my older family (And family friends) who play nothing but oldies/old school, etc (Ceci knows what i'm talking about) This song just hits ya right in the feels!

And those lyrics, oh god just so beautiful... Heaven, please sing for me a song of life ♪ I don't know if I should cry or laugh or both. You know those songs that just hit you in the deepest crevices of your soul they make you feel all groovy inside? Enjoy~ ♥

Danzig, what can you say about him? He's a music genius, and I mean a legit one. Sure, he's a douche, but most "Gods" always had/have it with them. Misfits? His work, and look at all the little highschool kids rocking out the misfits skull/face tshirt all the time, it's iconic! I'd love to have him do a full album of Elvis covers, i'd scoop it up in a second.

moon bunny Group: XIAO Posts: 5,735 Member No.: 13,323 Joined: Oct 4th 2005 Location: Update Profile | So I've been bingeing on nothing but pure Touhou~Beat as of late. I really like Yassie-san; from what I can tell he's arranged at least, since I've no clue if he's sung on anything yet? Anyway, right off the fray, I'm absolutely addicted to Odyssey's compositions. They're the fixed diamonds above the TEB sea~ I'm currently listening to Time Will Tell - Probably the most aggressive track Travis has ever made be it for Initial D, Touhou, or Ponybeat... and I bloody love it!! The lyrics are so sharp they can slice through moonrock as if it were light energy~ It's edgy, vengeful, and ripe with sex! I'd never felt much empathy for Reimu as a character, as I've identified myself with Marisa's tipsy personally more than Reimu's innocent grace... but this song, it delves deep into Reimu's psyche and uproots her crushed heart as it's set ablaze with justified wrath... she looks at Sariel's unflinching face from her shrine destroyed, grinds her teeth, and says... I kill... So you know exactly how it feels~ Nothing's gonna stop me till I take you down! Image size reduced, original size: 2048 x 1152. Click here to view the image in its original dimension. Where do you go when you die in Hell!? I guess~ When I get to you...

Indeed they are! I think I like the music 10-fold better than the actual games. I can spend 50+ hours just reading the Touhou wiki while simultaneously jamming some jammin' Touhoubeats throughout the night~ For example, Cirno's FTG theme... pure slip & slide freudenstachel pop-tarts bro!!
As a matter of fact, Gitaroo/Vodka Man's feeling slightly creative at the moment... think I'll make another Touhou arrange by tonight~

Holy shit! Talk about making a statement. Pretty much taking King (Bass player) from another great black metal band, and a few great musicians and what do you get? ABBATH! Sad he left Immortal, but you can tell he's just here to wreck shit, I can't say what immortal sounds like without his voice and god 'riffs', so for now, Abbath is great, can't wait for the new album.

Holy fucking shit. Stumbled across this while listening to Abbath, FUUUCCCKKKK these guys are just gifted. The melodic riffs they crank out in this song, as well as others on the album are just fantastic. I love the whole 'gloomy/atmospheric' vibe these metal bands want to give out. I'd love to see them live, see how they sound.

To be fair, it's originally from back in 2000, so it technically counts as a classic? (goddamn awesome track, although I still like the original more) As for me, had the Killer Instinct and Anarchy Reigns OSTs on while working in the garage, forgot just how damned good they were.

It's close, but no cigar. I'm one of the types who feel like rap went downhill fast after Tupac's death.
