For me , 44 wins (that pic was the very first battle I'm in A3). IN hit his at about 50 wins.

The thing about reaching the high ranks, is that it is quite dependant on:

1) Your opponent's battle rank - Once you hit C3, beating higher levels gets you more meter bar, lower levels gets you less). If you are between D3 - D1 gets you the same amount of meter for win/loss (75/25) no matter who you battle I think.

2) Your losses - Once you hit C3, any loss lowers the meter.

So no specific amount...really depends on how you battle. Once you hit B3 the meter really takes its time to go up. And I saw how painfully slow the meter goes up for the A3 > A2. -______-
