Hunt other eurobeat albums then wink2.gif

Any suggestions? I have almost all the ones i'm interested in, in MP3 format. The Super Eurobeat series was the last great wilderness for me to explore. I suppose I could still buy SEB's...if only to have pristine audio quality and to collect them. Some of the ones i've bought have come with interesting stickers and the booklets they come with are usually pretty interesting.

You guys just need to go buy some hdd's smile.gif I just got a 320 GB IDE hdd for around a $100 after rebates. If you shop around online you can find some great deals..especially on ones that are 100GB and under.

I also agree....this is pretty amazing and very nice of that guy to share like that. Part of me is glad...but part of me is sad as well...I'll miss the thrill of the hunt a little.

I have Bit Comet, so I can choose what I download and what I leave out before beginning. This is just a matter of opinion, but I dont like all of the mega-mixes, and they account for about 2.3 gigs of each torrent. So.... you can cut your download time in half if you just select what you want and what you dont! Hope this helps some of you slow loaders.

Dunno, I had the torrents goin' at around 700KB/s for a while and 200KB/s etc... but most of the time it seems to go around 20-30.

Seeding 1-49 right now...

BTW "Chester - Right Time" from SEB2 seems to have cut off a bit too early.

Some ISPs (like mine, supposedly) limit the speeds of high ports... try a smaller one than the default 6xxxsomething

that's what helped for me.

Correct me if i'm wrong...but I believe you can't change portts within the torrent client itself. Each client has it's own set of..what I would guess you'd call "default" ports which it uses. If you're not using a router, I do believe you can forward the ports in your windows XP firewall configuration.

Every sensible client allows you to change the port tongue.gif

At least in BitComet, you can do it in "Settings" and "Connection"... there it says "Port settings" and "Listen to port: 12345"... Insert the port you want to use there.

That feature is at least in BitComet and Azureus... the only client's I've ever used... I'm pretty sure it's in other good clients too.

This is assuming one doesn't have a router right? I looked into my prefs on ABC and it does have an option for you to change the ports you're "listening" at so a mea culpa from me on that one.
I honestly don't know what all good most of it does really. The only difference a tweak has made so far, at least for me is when I originally fowarded ports on the router...I notced an increase in DL and UL speed. Tho I still have that little problem of being unconnectable.... sad.gif

You should try bitcomet or Azureus then. If I hadn't switched ports, I'd never get speeds close to EVEN 20KB/s.

I see a high number of leechers, and a low number of seeders, and as leechers go down, seeders stay the same or become even less.
Come on, people!! SEED!
