I want in also tongue.gif

Would it be alright if I use my Clio at 269HP? That's how much power I get out of it even with everything off; and I can't take back the Port Polish and Engine Balancing unless I find another in the used lot =/

If not ill just get the Phase II

No s12, the Clio in my sig is what I might be using (Clio V6 '00, which is what you used a while ago): Oil change+Port Polish+Engine Balance gives me 269HP, but I hope im wrong about that blink.gif

@ outlaw: Nice o.o and Matt too, for the time on the FF Clio

Use the Phase II Clio not to break the rules. I've already adjusted them for certain someones. happy.gif

Anyway, new time. I really pushed it this time. Added some mods to it.

Renault Clio Phase II '02 - 253hp - 1'22.936

That's as much as I can get out of it...for now. wink2.gif

Just took my 34 out for a run although it isn't legal for this challenge I am still happy with a 1.21 time for it...

Now, where's Brokeback when you need him?"

Damn, looks like I'm now Captain Slow (James May), Fin as Fat Man (Jeremy Clarkson), and Sweeper as The Hamster (Hammond)

Hmmmm.. maybe I have to give a chance to hairy hot hatch from France.. the BMW is a pleasure to drive but the lack of torque is now seriously holding me back. I'm NOT going to touch that diesel.. it sounds like vacuum cleaner for pete's sake!

What, me as Clarkson? I'm flattered.. grin2.gif

oh, alright, I'll give various cars a shot. if none of them is good to beat Captain Slow's tractor, I'll use that too and beat him with it. pinch2.gif

Yeah, I know you're not the type who would touch diesel engined cars, just like Jeremy.

tell that to US government and car manufacturers. Diesels will be more economical etc than Prius's.

"Too bad that we don't have 130i in this challenge. But phase 2 clio V6 is out of the game, since after buying I checked the HP at the garage screen and it said 260bhp.. thus, V6 phase 2 clio is out of this challenge.. and R5 turbo can't cut it hence the lag of torque.. 205 T16 has limited tuning possibilities..Golf R32 and Audi A3 don't have proper power at upper revs.. Focus RS needs more traction.." *gnaws his fingernails and shoots a look at shiny, new 120D* "must resist the temptation.."

fat man the r32 is just to heavy to race in this kinda of challenge. however if you look
something light and give's you good torque output your set.
