- A theatrical version of Initial D is confirmed for release in August 2014. [Official Thread]
- UPDATES : Animax has confirmed that Final Stage will be available on its subscription-based VOD (Video On Demand) service starting May 16th, 2014. It will continue where Fifth Stage left off. Consist of a total of four episodes, Final Stage will be focusing on the long-awaited final 86 vs 86 battle between Takumi and Shinji. [confirmed]
- UPDATES : Avex has confirmed that the New Initial D The Movie will be a trilogy. First part of the trilogy is called Legend 1 -Awakening- slated for release in theaters on August 23rd, 2014 (Japan Only) [confirmed]

For sure in the Initial D world. Nakazato, Kai, Wataru, Kenji, Iketani has something to do other than talk about Takumi and the takahasi brothers right. It would be awesome if racing stories about itsuki , Nakazato would come out. With Nakazato perhaps an extra stage on about how he took his lost and use it as a motivation to become a better driver |

I'm horrible, even when Ryosuke's talking about Rev-shibari and Back-mirrors & stuff, my mind goes into sleep mode and doesn't restart until I start hearing Power of Sound or something with a catchy synth~  The only person I could ever work for within the motorsports industry is... probably just Bernie Ecclestone. I once heard a story he got Schumacher his gig at Ferrari when he saw him outside an Oktoberfest Bierwetttrinken blowing bubbles from one those shampoo-pipes. He asked him... how would you like a job driving fast cars, young man? Then Schumie look at him with his pair of puppy eyes and said, was ist auto?  The rest ist formula history~  |
