this is either a throw back to the 80s fond?? memories or rehashed 90s cheese. this is the cheesiest thing i remember/seen along side from masters of the universe (he-man) movie. call me crazy i didnt mind the 1993 cheesy super mario bros film. i found it to be hilarious in a cheesy way.

the Kung Pow and shaolin soccer spoof films were very funny.

I don't think the world is ready for the full length Kung Fury film.

Kung Fury is spoofing the outrageous things like over the top martial arts action films. Much like how JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is a spoof of Fist of the North Star. I agree that they are funny and are a very welcome relief to the same old stuff that we usually get.

It was spoofing the greatness of the 80s, where we were so into buddy cop movies/futuristic (Time travel) shows/films, and the age of technology as well. Was damn well made by a bunch of europeans, who are still somewhat trapped in that fun 80s time. awesome.gif

yeah, i saw that Mario movie for the first time on tv a few years back, not sure how long ago but i enjoyed it alot. the video quality was pretty darn good for what it was. i did watch that movie BC i liked the NES Super Mario Bros alot. probably one of the first few common video games that we were introduced to back in the early 90s. super mario, RC racing, Duck hunt.... some great memories and a big lesson in the perils of no surge protection while playing a video game system..................... crying2.gif

im not the biggest B movie fan but ive seen my share of horrid B movies and then i found some decent films that i did enjoy to an extent.

Today I finally convinced a good friend of mine to watch Kung Fury, and I gave him no explanation prior to watching. He was rolling right from the beginning when the street thugs flip the cop car into the air with their skateboard. Now yet another person is excited for a full-length film!
