| Hello guys my names Jericho, Im a recent addition to the GT5 scene and as I love the game so much I've decided to spend some time making GT5 videos and showing them on youtube to help promote the game =). Im trying to do 1 video per day and see where that leads me, I edit my own videos aswell (learning as I go lolol). | Thanks, and I use the stick shift for videos because its more skillful, my fastest times all come with the paddles though as i can focus on lines much more and keep both hands on the wheel at all times. Most of my paddle times are around 2-3 seconds faster than stick shift, it'll take some time but ill probably be able to lower that gap to 1 second or 500 splits in time, but doubt stick shift will ever be faster. Made a new video today as well https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IkMbXZMs2Wg All my cars are fully tuned but majority of them are still using stock settings, so they feel very awkward and are rough to drive, but that's my style i guess, I love adapting not changing the cars settings to suit my preference. Anyways ill be posting some more videos later when PSN network is up and running xD, hope you keep watching the vids, im constantly trying to edit better and play better =). |

| Nice, new intro! Definitely seems like you're in more of a groove in that car. The times we set on Autumn Ring were in the SS AE86 (stock w/ sports softs)! The car is a blast to drive for sure. |

Nice nice nice! I like the way you drove in this video much better than in the previous ones with the AIDS on. Any chance we can see your crushing victory run @ GV East on video? I don't think I'm going to get the chance to see your driving in-game anytime soon since my wheel is still broken.  Edit: I might be able to upload the video of my run if it allows you to load ghost saves as normal replays? I haven't booted up GT5 in a while.. 20 hour work days and whatnot. |

I accidently deleted the video, i wouldnt even take that time seriously, with SRF on it looked like me playing initial D, was using eraser (shift down shift up insanely fast to slide the car, id ver 3 technique) and taking corners insanely fast lol. Right now i got a request for an FD3S video, the car is extremely unforgiving, its like driving on ice, quite nerve wrecking actually, press on the accelerator slightly too much and you spin straight into the wall... |

| Nice video man! Just curious as to why you arent heel and toeing? Also trust your brakes a bit more and brake later, seems like sometimes you're testing the brakes a little before the actualy braking point. Just my $0.02! |

Eh that car was so unstable that if I didnt play it safe the chance of spinning out would've been 99%. It took a very long time to make this video, the car was insanely hard to drive, i seriously wanted to not to the video but i thought if i dont someone else will. It took all my concentration just to keep that thing on the road, heel/toe or drifting some corners to go faster went out the window, if i moved the wheel 1cm more than i should've i would've spun out. It took over 50 laps to get this car to behave how i wanted to =(. |

| I've watched the AE86 one, the S2K one and the FD3S(without driving aides) one. I really envy you for having a PS3,the game and the whole steering,pedal and gear set. I only have a PS2 with controllers. lol. Anyway I've noticed that you always kind of understeer mid-corner and maybe you should brake earlier and stay off the throttle before flooring it near the exit. The FD3S is really slidy, try it on the chicane on Nurburging and it's total crazy car. A lift of off the gas will make it slide. Assuming that the GT5's physics is similar to GT4, I say use that slidy part to your advantage. Braking will shift the weight forward, initiating some oversteer, use that to help you steer. And I think letting it slide for awhile might be faster, and more fun too. Make it stop sliding halfway and gaass. Hopefully that helps. Or maybe you alrdy know what I typed. |

| That is seriously a really sick setup. I would love to get me one of those if it were foldable.  Based on that video in Suzuka Circuit with the RX-7, are you purposely tapping the brakes constantly so that you don't shift the weight of the car too much when entering the corners? |

yes, because without ABS if you push it ever slightly more than half way the brakes lock, and with the FD3S if the brakes lock and you miss your turn timing by more than 0.2 seconds u'll spin out, I think you guys need to try this car without any ABS to understand what it actually feels like, it really did give me a huge headache making that video =s. I developed the brake tapping thing through trial and error after spinning out so many times, it ended up being a good answer to the driving on ice feeling while still being able to pull out fast times... if i had to pick the jewel of my videos that FD3S vid would definitely be my most valuable video xD. |

| Aaahhh I see, didn't knew that ABS was turned off. I'll have to give the RX7 a shot without any aids whenever I can. You have a really good point on that braking technique of yours, I'm definitely going to try it instead of the lift-off oversteer way. |

yeah i thought id put a good mix of clean and dirty passing, when im racing i generally do tend to do light bumps to push people out of my line. The computer just doesn't handle them well lol... |

there you go buddy .I had to use the TC version of the car because the non TC ones were a tad too slow for my type of videos. Hope you dont mind, i think that that MX5 TC is one of the most complete cars in the game as well. |
