Thanks for that info Perry, I`ll try it now.

I`m sure that will alleviate anyone elses worries about that situation as well.

also..I just got an email to verify that I`m a human, will I have to reply to that every time or is it an error ?

I`ve never had one of those before.

With PayPal he'll only know your name and PayPal account number I think. You credit (or debit) card numbers are not forwarded.

Edit: I've received the rejection email from the first donation, so I just tried again. Hopefully it'll work this time.

That is correct. In fact, let me tell you exactly what I am given. In the transaction details page, I am given your name, Paypal Email address, donation amount, timestamp of transaction.

I do not have access to any of the secured information such as your debit/credit card or bank account. I don't think Paypal is that careless. happy.gif Thanks for everyone's donation so far. I will update the donation page in a second.

I am not sure what that Email is for. I assume it's the Anti-Spam feature from Paypal because Email crawler bots can spam my Paypal Email address. I guess I can get rid of that later on. We'll see about that. smile.gif

HOLY !! shock.gif Thanks for the generous donation, Tesso !! I've found an album that no one ever bought around here and thought everyone will be interested in what the bonus CD is about from that album. Just ordered and should be here by next week. Once again, thanks all for funding this ongoing project.

Raffle ticket system is currently being tested. I will need a few volunteers to beta test it. Please PM or IM me if you are interested for beta testing.

Rules for who can participate in the raffle ticket process is still being considered. I am leaning toward just using the existing rules for the Eurobeat/Initial D request thread. Post your thoughts on that if that indeed becomes the rule for raffle ticket.

I think that using the existing rules from the EB/ID music request thread is fine. However, I tend to notice some members that contribute quite a lot and still don't have 100 posts/6 months on their records, so I support making exceptions in these cases if at all possible.

As an example, if we were setting this up 3-4 months ago, I would immediately nominate Reomaru as an exception since he has contributed greatly to the thread on almost a daily basis since he joined the forum. Right now he has well over 100 posts, but as I said earlier, I was using him as an example.

I finally found a friend with credit card (Visa... Mastercard... don't really know).
With him I'll make a donation A.S.A.P.

This is a great idea and everyone can contribute to it =)

I love that Idea, so I spontanously donated 10 Dollar, just to show that it's really nice here. wub.gif

Thank you very much, YumeChan !!

I've finally finished writing the automatic donation tracker. https://idforums.net/index.php?act=donate It now tracks and updates who donated immediately. It is quite nifty. happy.gif

Pardon me for the double post.

But thank you for EuroFad for making another donation !! Your donation is highly appreciated and will fund the ongoing project. Thank you once again.

Note: the autotracking script is working perfectly. smile.gif

That script did work flawlessly I noticed !

No problem about the donation, I would put in more but my bank account is in meltdown 99.9% of the time...real life, debts, bills...the usual boring stuff laugh.gif

But I was thinking that even if just 10 people put in only $5 every now and again, that would surely cover each cd ?

any extra would be a bonus obviously, and go towards anything else that might appear....I`m guessing that 192 was downloaded quite a few times ?

maybe a higher profile donation drive is needed grin2.gif

I'm gonna donate just for the tag. dry.gif
J/K. With my return to the site, it's the least I can do. Last year I would have donated more, but this is an alright start. Plus, I'll be sharing Tokyo Auto Salon #5 soon as it arrives for me.

I would donate a few bucks for its purchase... sounds logical.

THIS ! Everyone post about what you want to see next. We are going through a 4 ~ 5 months of SEB drought. And we have quite a bit of money to spend. So post your requests. I am extending that thread's deadline until next week.

You're more than welcome Perry-kun. happy.gif

I don't really download music from this section but I think what you're doing here is a brilliant idea so I thought I'd do my bit. As they say, every little helps.
