My Tokyo Auto Salon Trip 2009

IDW Prime Member Group: Advanced Members Posts: 567 Member No.: 8,278 Joined: Jun 18th 2005 Location: Misawa, Japan	Cliff notes: -Left Northern Misawa Japan on Friday the 9th -Got to Tokyo 8 hours later via Mini Van -Went to show the next day -My guys and I had press passes so we got access to some rather cool stuff -Day was getting boring and then we went to the D1 demo and got to hang out with the D1 drivers and crew. We were able to walk the pits and check the cars out up close, cool machines. -By far the coolest 3 days ill probably have this year. Some mediocre pictures that I shot ( ones with me not in them ). Many more to come along with video from other guys that I was with who had better camera's

IDW Prime Member Group: Advanced Members Posts: 567 Member No.: 8,278 Joined: Jun 18th 2005 Location: Misawa, Japan	the owner of our local forum applied for them and we got them. very simple process, all you have to say is you are shooting for blah blah blah company, website magazine and each person needs to provide business cards. i have indeed been blessed since getting into cars 9 years ago. when in the states, i had the same kind of access to big shows, you just have to contact the right people and good things happen. more to come

Just im a little low on the all powerful Japanese yen at the moment and my buddy wasnt in town. Ah well, there's always the Tokyo Motor Show (?) right? Aside from the booth girls, pro race cars and drift cars, looks like i didnt miss much. Neat. Pics, none-the-less.
