okay, so i'm planning on buying an ek9 (yes, i know i've been buying a lot of cards), and i was wondering if you can give me some pointers on it. (shift points, over/understeer, good/bad qualities... etc) also, since i'm going to be driving an ek9, i figured i should get better at happo, but the problem is i've only played on it three times and i can't get my fd to stop wall raping no matter how hard and long i brake.

well.... you can get the shift points somewhere in this forum if im not mistaken. and the car doesnot understeer like hell thats what i can tell you. while shifing for the hairpins, my friend said u need to tap the brakes a lil to get the car to actually drift a lil tho. im not sure what he meant so im guessing you would coz u drive an ek9 and i dont .lol. and the car ... well keep out of iro by any means possible coz it doesnt perform as it should on that particular track. and finally , my friend here says that you can still own most ppl on tsuchi as long as you have mastered the car. ( i dunno what he meant tho. but hey... its worth telling you . aint it?) and if you're wondering whats his time, its 2'20'5++. he dont remember it as well tho. but its around there.
sorry if i havent been much of a help .

heh the HK shift points and the ones i do trust is 6500-->7000-->7500
for 5th gear, anywhere from 135km-140km

the hairpins for OB should be taken in *4th, *4th, 3rd, 3rd
the first one u should brake a shit load, cuz probably u'll be goin in 5th at 15Xkm if u did the first part of the course right
*=braking

okay, first of all, is the 5th shift point only for happo or does it apply for all courses? also, is the ek9 better on ib or ob? last but not least, when i take a hairpin in 3rd, do i just full throttle it or do i just release the gas?

btw, am i just supposed to take the other hairpins at my own discretion?

anywho, the fifth gear is only for happo
EK9 is better on the OB, EG6 is better on the IB...really doesn't matter
off gass a bit when in 3rd

try the hairpins ur way, everyone has a way of doin them

lol... i did read the first post BEFORE you mentioned it ....
what he meant by tapping the brakes is when you shift down, you turn . when you 've actually started to turn the wheel, tap the brakes like.... (brake..let go..brake..letgo and such)thats what he told me . i do this a lot too especiallywith the altezza.. i dunno why maybe coz im addicted to it like wataru is addicted to that turbo of his!!!! hehehe
